Symptoms
Extract TIN Matching File process, AP_TIN_EXT, produces multiple rows for the same Supplier with the same TIN Number and one Location. There should only be one row for a Supplier if there is only one Location.
STEPS

1. Supplier > Supplier Information > Maintain > Extract TIN Matching File
2. File contains duplicate supplier information
