The Close Depreciation (AM_DPCLOSE) process fails with the following error if a Lease Asset is associated with Both a Payables and a Receivable Lease

*The error can be found on the Process Monitor > Message Log or in the AM_DPCLOSE .AET Trace File

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new Payables Lease.
Navigation: Lease Administration > Payables Leases > Create New Payables Lease
2. Add/Select a finance property and activate the Lease.
3. Add a new Receivable Lease.
Navigation: Lease Administration > Receivables Leases > Create New Receivables Lease
4. Select the same property id on and activate the Lease.
5. Calculate the Depreciation
Navigation: Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculate Depreciation
6. Create the Accounting Entries
Navigation: Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Create Accounting Entries
6. Run the Close Depreciation Process AM_DPCLOSE.
Navigation: Asset Management > Accounting Entries > Close Depreciation
7. Review the AM_DPCLOSE Process Monitor > Message Log and/or the .AET Trace File
