E-QR: Query Manager - Export To Excel Downloads Output Files As *.xls Instead of *.xlsx

Symptoms
On running any Query to Excel from Query Manager in PIA the Excel file gets downloaded as *.xls instead of *.xlsx .
The Query Manager exports query results in older version of Excel.
It should download as *.xlsx even if there are less than 65,000 rows in Query result.
Steps to replicate:
1. Login to PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> Query -> Query Manager.
2. Select and run any Query to Excel output.
3. The results get downloaded in .xls file and not in .xlsx file.
