ELM 9.2: Plans and Objectives Redirects to Classic Find Learning Page when Adding New Learning Plan

Symptoms
When a learner has added a new Learning Plan, the Plans and Objectives is redirecting the user to the Classic Find Learning page.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service (Homepage) > Learning (Tile).
2. Learning Homepage will be displayed; then, click the 'Plans and Objectives' tile.
3. On Learning Plans, click the 'Create New Learning Plan' button.
4. Add a Title for the Learning Plan and click the 'Details' link.
5. The Learning Plan will be saved. Then, click the 'Add New Learning to Plan' button.
The Classic Find Learning page will be displayed.
