Symptoms
When an employee who was a contingent worker, accesses the Benefits Summary page to review benefit enrollments, the Resource Link is not displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee who previously was a contingent worker.
2. Navigate to the Benefits Summary page from Employee Self Service > Benefits Details.
Note that the Resource Link does not display.
