Goal
Colorado FML - One Company has 9 or fewer employees and another company has 10 or more
We have some companies who fall into the 9 or fewer employees contribution rules but we also have one company with 10 or more employees who will need to contribute both the EE 0.045% and ER 0.045% portion. Since the Program ID Association is for the whole system, I don't see how we can have some companies subject to one Program ID, P001 for Paid Family Medical Leave (CO) and have two different taxation scenarios.
How can we configure our system to allow for both?
