Symptoms

When attempting to process a payment transaction via Cybersource Web Service in Campus Solutions (CS) 9.2 PI 27 after a PeopleTools (PT) upgrade to 8.59.13 from PT 8.58.15, the following error occurs.

 1. Upgrade the environment from PT 8.58.15 to PT 8.59.13.

2. Set up Integration Broker (IB).

3. Trigger the payment web service, and observe the errors above.
