Symptoms

When attempting to post on Assign Awards to Students, instead of the message saying the award was posted successfully, the following message is displayed on the page:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Awards > Award Processing > Assign Awards to a Student > Student Aid Package.
  2. Perform the award activity then click 'Validate'.
  3. Click 'Post' and note the pop up message indicating the process encountered an error(s).
