E-PIA: Getting Message "Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) -- others not included in list. (4,2)" When Trying To Open a Page That Has a Drop-Down List Box Field, Which Has Its Selections/Options Coming From a Table (Doc ID 2920879.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a page that has a drop-down list box field, which has its selections/options coming from a prompt table, if more than 300 rows exists in that prompt table, the following warning message is displayed:



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
[Using below definitions as an example.]

In a test page:
1- Add field OPRDEFNDESC to a derived/work record, with prompt table edit pointing to PSOPRDEFN;
2- Add the record field to a page, as a drop-down with prompt table PSOPRDEFN.OPRDEFNDESC.
3- When opening the page in PIA, the warning is displayed "Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) -- others not included in list. (4,2)"

Note 1: If the prompt returns less than 301 rows, the message is not displayed.
