HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING Not Removing Closed Postings After Applying PUM 43

Symptoms
HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING incremental index is not removing closed postings. The applicants are still able to search for these jobs in the Candidate Gateway after they have expired, though they will get an error if they try to view them.
The Full index is working correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING index in incremental mode on the day that a job posting is set to be removed.
2. Go to the Careers site > View All Jobs, and search for that job.
3. The job will still show in the list, even though it should have been removed.
