Symptoms
When users attempt to use the Monitor Approvals page for any process, the following error is populated on the page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA, and navigate to the Monitor approval page by Enterprise Component > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals.
2. Open any process, and observe the errors above.
