Symptoms
After setting up Azure as the OAuth2 provider to secure a PeopleSoft (PS) provider REST service, the following errors are seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html when invoking the REST service and providing the OAuth2 token.

Steps to replicate:

1. Set up IB and Azure as the OAuth2 provider in a PT 8.59 environment.
2. Create the inbound integration with OAuth2 Authorization.
3. Invoke the REST service, and observe the errors.
