EAP: File Attachments are Not Saved To the Correct Server Path Specified, Resulting in an Error Viewing the File Attachment, "Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)" (Doc ID 2922371.1)

New AP file attachments are using SFTP (URL) correctly, but are being saved to the component subdirectory path /app/attachments/EPRD/ap. When users try to view the file attachments it fails with an error. Based on the PV_ATTACHMENTS row, the attachment is using URL server type and there is not server path specified. The file should be saved to and viewed from the defined URL path /app/attachments/EPRD. A search of the Unix server shows the attachment file is in the component subdirectory /app/attachments/EPRD/ap and not the URL path /app/attachments/EPRD.

Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)

1. Define SFTP URL for File Attachments, PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration Maintain URLs

2. Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > File Attachments > Administer File Attachments
    a. Pick Active Server = 1, Login = xxx, Password/Confirm Password = xxx, Server/Record Name/URL ID = xxx, Path = /app/attachments/EPRD/
    b. Subdirectories Component = VCHR_ATTACHMENT, Subdirectory = ap

3. Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry > Invoice Information tab > Attachments link > select file > click Upload and OK

4. Once back on the Voucher Invoice Information page, click on the Attachments (1) link > click the link for the attachment to view

5. Error received, "Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)"
