Performance Issue On View Customer Accounts and Correct 2022-2023 ISIR Records Search Pages After Applying Fix For Bug 24914134 (Doc ID 2922601.1)

Symptoms

Response time degradation is noticed after applying  the fix for Bug 24914134 - FOR PERSON SEARCH, ADD NAME TYPE = PREFERRED IN CAMPUS SOLUTIONS on some search pages, such as View Customer accounts and Correct 2022-2023 ISIR Records.  The search page will occasionally spin for several seconds before the search emplid can be entered.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Accounts;
  2. Enter the emplid;
  3. Page takes awhile to display before the emplid can be entered.



Changes

The fix for Bug 24914134 - FOR PERSON SEARCH, ADD NAME TYPE = PREFERRED IN CAMPUS SOLUTIONS, delivered in Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 24 was applied.
