Running Batch Activity Generator In Remove Mode Does Not Delete Data From SSR_IAM_ROOTEXT (Doc ID 2923054.1)

Symptoms

Running the Batch Activity Generator process in Remove mode does not delete all related data and leaves orphan data. Data is deleted from SSR_ACTIVITY but is orphaned in SSR_IAM_ROOTEXT.

It is expected the delete will be complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Activity Management > Organize and Manage > Batch Activity Generator
  2. Complete the Run Control using the "Remove" option and run the process
