Symptoms

For an employee that was has two or more employment records associated each to a different Benefit Record Number where their first job (employment record 0) is now terminated, when creating a Life Event, the Benefits enrollment is not shown for the Life Event created.  The below message appears on the page:

Replication Steps:

  1. Log in as an employee with an active employment record <> 0.
  2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Life Events.
  3. Create a new Life event and click on Benefits Enrollment to see the message.
