EGL9.2:Review Ledger Inquiry Grid Does Not Display All Rows When Expand Screen Display (Doc ID 2923680.1)

While using Review Ledger Information, Amount by Currency Grid inquiry, the search results grid displays either some or all rows for the selected criteria depending on whether user expands
or shrinks the screen monitor display.

Example:

 - If press control key and plus sign to expand the screen monitor display then if 10 rows total, can only view 8 of 10 rows with no slider bar to view the remaining rows.
 - If press control key and minus sign to shrink the screen monitor display then if 10 rows total, can view all 10 rows.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Navigate to ledger inquiry (NavBar > Menu > General Ledger > Review Financial Information > Review Ledger Information)
2.  Create or select an existing inquiry name
3.  Enter ledger criteria.
4.  Enter chartfield criteria. Select an account with a description that is 28-30 characters long and has data that exists in 4 or more accounting periods for the fiscal year selected.
5.  Sum by the account.
6.  Click the search button.
-  If screen monitor display is shrunk (control and minus key), then all accounting period rows will display.
-  If screen monitor display is expanded (control and plus key), then not all accounting period rows will display, e.g. if 10 rows then only 8 rows display.
