Given that the latest effective date row is 12/07/2022 with ZYX rate code only.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Workforce Administrator > Manage Job (Job Actions Summary).
2. Search for an employee.
3. Create a new row with effective date of 12/01/2022. Under 'Salary and Compensation', add XYZ 'Rate Code'.
4. Click on 'Calculate Compensation' button and Save.
5. For row with effective date 12/07/2022, add the ZYX 'Rate Code'.
6. Click on 'Calculate Compensation' button and Save.
7. Click Validate. (In this step, a Warning apears stating that 'Compensation Rate' is zero).
8. Click Save.
