E-ES: Suggestions Search Not Working As Expected With RTI (Real Time Indexing) Enabled for Index PTSF_RECENTMENU (Doc ID 2924193.1)

Symptoms

Suggestions Search not working as expected with RTI (Real Time Indexing) enabled for index PTSF_RECENTMENU. With RTI enabled for index PTSF_RECENTMENU, Suggestions Search should return the recently accessed menu items in Global Search.

The issue was replicated with the steps below:
1. Configure RTI for index PTSF_RECENTMENU.
2. Navigate through the system to access some components.
3. Go back to the Homepage and place the cursor in the Global Search field.
4. As Suggestions Search returns results, it was expected to see the recently visited components. Those were not listed.
