On Manager Time Reporter Data, if the EE is not currently set up as a time reporter, you cannot look them up by their last name, even though it is a search field on the page. You can only look them up by last name if they have already been set up as a time reported.

There is no issue if user uses Emplid or EE full name in the Name begins with fields.

Step to Recreate:
Navigation: Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Manage Time Reporter Data
1. Select an employee not already enrolled in Manage Time Reporter Data (KU0005 – Reza Aliverdi).
2. Enter the EE last name in the Last Name search field and click search. You will get no results.
3. Enter the EE’s full name in the Name search field and click Search. The EE will be found.
