Goal

Is it possible to show 'All' (and other Search Groups) as default instead of 'Menu' in Global Search?

For a particular customer, it may be the case that, most users in that implementation, will more often search for keywords on data, rather than navigation. In that case, the users have always to access the drop down to select the other Search Groups ('All' or any specific search group in context).
