E-IB: Outbound Connection Returns " HTTPS hostname wrong: should be <>, but cert says <CN=server.xx.xx.comt>" When Third Party's SAN Certificate Contains the IP Address (Doc ID 2925534.1)

When connecting to a third party that uses a SAN (Subject Alternate Name) certificate, the following error is seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the outbound integration.
2. Log into the PeopleSoft environment.
3. Trigger the service operation/integration with the 3rd party.
4. Open the IB errorLog.html, and observe the error messages shown above.


The 3rd party updated their SAN certificate with the server's IP address in the Subject Alternative Name.
