Symptoms

When the COBRA Event qualifying process is run for a terminating employee with coverage for a Domestic Partner/Child(ren), the following error occurs:


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Terminate an employee who has coverage under both Medical and DP Medical (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
     2. Process the Benefits Administration termination Event through to Finalized - Enrolled (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
     3. Run the COBRA Qualify Event/Proc Enrollment to process the COBRA trigger that was created by the Benefits Administration process (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Manage Automated Participation > Qualify Event/Proc Enrollment).
     4. Check for processing messages (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Review Processing Results > Review Processing Messages).
