Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Deductions for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)/Health Savings Accounts (HSA) need to be taken on only 24 pay periods a year, but the remaining pay periods a year is displaying as 26 pay periods at the start of the year on the worksheet section of the On-Demand Event Maintenance Election Entry page for these Plans even though the Schedule on the Deduction Table is set to have the deduction not taken on the third pay period of the month for a biweekly pay schedule.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance for an Open Enrollment Event for an employee paid on a biweekly schedule.
     2. Click the Election Entry button.
     3. For a Plan Type of 6%, select a Benefit Plan from the Option List.
     4. See the number of pay periods remaining as 26.
