Goal
Should the new Tax Table PY_PFF_STTX_STA be populated with an active row with PFML plan set to subject when the employee is a resident of OR/CO and works in another state?
The new table is being populated with an active row with the plan set to Subject (Y) when an employee is a resident of Colorado or Oregon and works in another state.
