Consent related changes to T4A - 2022 tax year

CRA has announced that consent is no longer required for T4A slips from the year 2022 and onwards.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Employee has not consented - Payroll for North America>Year-End Processing CAN>Year-End/New Year Preparation>Review T4/T4A Consent Status
2. Create T4A PDF Slips - Payroll for North America>Year-End Processing CAN>T4/T4A Reporting>Create T4A PDF Slips
