E-WF: Approve Button is not Responding if User Clicks the Notification Link Twice (Doc ID 2927503.1)

Symptoms

The Approve button is not responding if the user initially clicks Notification link two times in a row or clicked twice. User usually clicks again when the page does not appear to be responding or does not provide a visual feedback that the page is loading.

Sample replication
---------------
The issue can be reproduced by:

1) Go to View All notification using below link.
2) http://Server name:port/psp/Sitename/EMPLOYEE/ERP/c/PTPNEVENTS.PTPN_SEEALL.GBL?Page=PTPN_SEEALL&Action=U
3) Click any Notification for approval link
4) Spinning wheel disappear.
5) Click again same notification link
6) Approval page open and user click approve button
7) Approve button does not respond and approval modal window is not opening.
