In Fluid Open Enrollment Complete/Visited Status Not Appearing Correctly for Emergency Contact and Tax Withholding (Doc ID 2927986.1)

Symptoms

In the Open Enrollment Fluid Activity Guide, when Home and Mailing address is changed, the status shows 'Complete'. However, when the Emergency Contact is changed, the status shows 'Visited'.

The issue could be replicated with the following steps:

  1. Employee starts Open Enrollment. Navigation: Employee Self-Service => Open Enrollment tile.
  2. Complete all the steps until the Emergency Contact step.
  3. Select Emergency Contact step.
  4. Make a change for one of the contacts. For example, click 'Preferred' checkbox for one of the contacts.
  5. Save the page.
  6. Emergency Contact step status shows as 'Visited'.
