While clicking the approval transactions with hours with decimals for punch time sheet, Manager gets below error

Steps to Replicate

1.Enter Punch Time for an employee with decimal places.
2.Log in as the manager and navigate to the Approvals> Reported Time
3.While clicking the reported time approvals for that transaction error can be seen.
