E-ES: 'You are not authorized to this page' on Quick Access link seen on Recently Visited items

Symptoms
In an upgraded environment to PeopleTools 8.60 which has a cloned version of PTPT1000 permission list the following error is seen on Quick Access link which is seen on Recently Visited items on the search result page.
Suggestion search was made to work by adding the below as suggested, but the Quick Access link still gave the authorization error but this did not help to resolve the error on Quick Access link.
