Symptoms
Fluid delegation approval complete emails, which are sent when the proxy completes accepting or denying the request, are missing most of the transactions in the list.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As Manager, submit a delegation request for multiple transactions to Proxy
2. As Proxy, accept or deny the delegation request from link in the initial email.
3. Check the emails sent. There will only be one transaction listed in the emails.
