Getting error when trying to upgrade (incremental patching) Kibana on a separate server that does NOT have ElasticSearch installed.

When attempting to upgrade Kibana from to 7.10.0_09, on a host that only has Kibana - Elasticsearch is not installed, the following error is displayed in the command window:

Notes: In the example provided below
- <KIBANA_HOME> is d:\Kibana.
- Upgrading Kibana from to 7.10.0_09.

3. Observe the errors in the command window.
