Symptoms
When attempting to delete submitted time, the following error occurs.

"There No Data To Save. Enter Data In The Timesheet For Saving"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the fluid employee timesheet, enter 8 hours in one week and submit time.
2. Click delete button and click Yes-Delete.
3. When user clicks submit to remove the row, it says no time has been entered.
