Symptoms

Customers are trying to boot their WebLogic PIA domain and it is failing with the error below found in the <PS_CFG_HOME>/webserv/<DOMAIN-NAME>/servers/PIA/logs/PIA_stdout.log:

 

Changes

 Customer attempted to delete cache for their PIA domain.
