E-PTF: Log Snapshot Feature Is Not Working In Peoplesoft Test Framework (Doc ID 2929132.1)

Symptoms

Log Snapshot feature is not working in Peoplesoft Test Framework as expected. Earlier it used to work, but recently snapshots are not being captured when executing a PTF test script.

 

1. Launch PTF client shortcut on the desktop.
2. Log into PTF client.
3. From PTF Explorer view, select the PTF test script for playback.
4. Execute the test script by selecting the Run (green triangle) button.
5. After script is complete the Log.Screenshot step is not captured in Log Output.
