Symptoms
In Fluid Job Data, when attempting to click on the the Display Reference Links in order to open in Modal Window, it results in a Blank Page.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Manage Job Tile : Search an Employee and click on create "Job Action" in order to update Job Data Information
2. Within the Related Information > click on the Display Reference Links in Modal Window, a Blank page is opening
