E-WL: Installing PIA or Redeploying a PIA domain results in error: IndexError: list index out of range (Doc ID 2929927.1)

When installing PIA or Redeploying from the response file it fails with the error below in the <PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/piainstall_<domain>.log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to <PS_HOME>/setup/PsMpPIAInstall.

2. Run setup.bat (Windows) setup.sh (Unix).
