E-AD: Is it Possible to Wrap Text on a Classic PeopleSoft Page Based on the Window Size? (Doc ID 2930253.1)

Goal

On a classic page, when window size is maximum, it appears alright from left to right. But, when the window size  is minimized, the text on the page does not wrap according to the window size and instead of that a horizontal scrollbar appears. How can we make sure the text wraps instead of a horizontal scrollbar so that user can read the entire text without scrolling to the right?.
