When updating percentage on requisition distribution is giving PeopleCode error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to eProcuement tile, Create Requisition tile

2. Create a special request item with 100 quantity. Add to cart

3. Click the checkout button and go to the checkout page. Click Schedule details button

4. Expand distribution section. Update the percent as 25 and Click '+' button. Getting the error:
