Symptoms
On : PeopleTools 8.59 version, Process Scheduler
PSMSTPRC service keeps consuming more and more memory over time forcing a reboot weekly in order to alleviate the issue. However, once restarted it will start the process all over again until recycled.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Boot Master Scheduler
2. Submit processes normally
3. Observe PSMSTPRC service keeps using more and more memory over time
