Symptoms
When reversing a payment on an organization's account, the following error occurs.
Error Detected from Posting Program Call. No data posted (14816,801).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Student Financials, Charges and Payments, Reversals, Reverse Corporate Payment;
- Click Search on the run control;
- Enter the organization id, and the term value, and click Search;
- Click the Reverse button;
- The error message is displayed.
