Symptoms

A custom process that uses the CI_PERSONAL_DATA component interface (CI) fails with the following error after applying maintenance. Prior to applying maintenance the custom process ran successfully.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the custom process;
  2. Note the error that is displayed
