When Entering Pages Sometimes UNDEFINED Appears In The Key Field At Level 0 (Doc ID 2930922.1)

Symptoms

On various pages users are seeing some field values displayed as UNDEFINED when opening a page from a Search record. The UNDEFINED value appears intermittently.

It is expected to correct field value will be displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup SACR – Product Related – Financial Aid – Application Processing – Maintain ISIR Comment Code
  2. The Aid Year value displayed = UNDEFINED
  3. Navigate to Student Financials > View Account Summary
  4. The emplid displays as UNDEFINED
