Symptoms
After process Learner Delete, incorrect delete row counts within Application Engine LM_LRNR_DEL Message Log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Administrator
2. Navigate - Set Up ELM >System Administration >Database Processes >Learner Delete
3. Add a new run control and enter a specific Learner Id
4. Run process successfully
5. Then, navigate to Set Up ELM >System Administration >Database Processes >Learner Delete Log and notice rows deleted are not as expected for some entries
when review the Learner Delete message log
