E-PIA: Apps Server Crash While Opening Eprocurement Punchout Page and New Window (Doc ID 2931471.1)

Apps server crash is happening while opening Eprocurement punchout page and new window. Appserver process memory and CPU consumption are going up. CPU and memory utilization is 100% during the crash.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FSCM
2. Navigate to Eprocurement > Create Requisition > Web Suppliers > Dell Punchout
3. Open New Window
4. Navigate to Peopletools> Security > User Profiles > User Profiles Page
5. Do multiple transactions
6. Apps server crashed & User logged out after few minutes.
