When setting ProcessRestartMemoryLimit parameter, Recycle Count value is ignored and PSAPPSRV service is not getting recycled even if the Recycle Count is reached.

1. Set ProcessRestartMemoryLimit parameter in the Application server configuration file.
2. Reconfigure and reboot the domain.
3. Check the Application server log PS_CFG_HOME/appserv/<Domain>/LOGS/APPSRV_MMDD.LOG for the number of transactions that each PSAPPSRV has serviced.
4. It doesn't recycle even after the set value of Recycle Count is reached.
