Remote Worker Request Not Showing On Manager's Remote Worker Tile When Employee Has Terminated Empl_rcd In Job Data (Doc ID 2931871.1)

The employee submitted remote worker request have not been showing up on Manager Remote Worker Tile when employee contains inactive empl_rcd in job data.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Submit remote worker request with an employee that has two empl_rcd's
   Empl_rcd = 0 – Terminated Empl_rcd = 1 – Active
   Navigation : Main Menu > Employee Self Service > Remote Worker Tile
2. Login as manager, the above request is not appearing in manager's remote worker tile
   Navigation : Manager Self Service > Remote Worker Tile
