Symptoms

While running the Datamap Sync for recruiting the process times out for schools when there are around 40,000 records.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HCM as Administrator.
  2. Go to: Setup HCM > Product Related > Utilities > Data Mapping Categories > Category Setup.
  3. Select the School Category.
  4. Click on Run Sync Now button.
