Symptoms



When attempting to run pay calc
the following error occurs in the pay calc log file

Calculation started for Company: 001
  Pay Group: UBB
  Pay End Date: 2023-01-24
 at 16:00:24.74.
Check Messages!!!

  0 check(s) to calculate.

Object Code error : file '/global/site/vendor/psoft/hrperf/cblbin/PSPSTCAL.gnt'
error code: 153, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
153 Subscript out of range (in PSPSTCAL.cbl, line 529)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Unconfirm for the off cycle

  2. Run Payroll Calculation (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll

        3. Open log file in the process schedule to find the error.




Due to this issue, users cannot complete off cycle payroll
