Symptoms
HRS_APP_QSTN_RSLT page is not wrapping text/senteces as expected for long answers. The text box is expanding far to the right.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to Recruiting > Search Job Openings -> Drill into job to see list of applicants-> View Application Details -> View Questionnaire
2. When viewing a longer answer, the text box seems to be enlarging way to the right so the user has to scroll over to see the answer.
